Let's say you have an amazing conversion rate. Let's pretend you have a 5% conversion rate. This means that 1 out of 20 customers that come to your website buy something. What happens to the other 19?

If you had a retail store... you could talk to the customer, answer questions, and let them know how friendly you are. You use that communication to encourage them to come back to your store and purchase something.
