Learn Analytics - 1 Small Change - 20% Increased Conversion

Let me tell you a about an actual customer of ours afraid of analytics.

We installed In-Page Analytics on their website.

Within a few short hours we were immediately alerted to a HUGE problem.

We could actually see the customers mouse trying to click on an element that was not a link.

How?

ClickTale records a movie of your visitors shopping on your website.

It is like being there next to them. The amount of data you learn is UNREAL.

Over and over again we watched multiple customers trying to click on the link, fail, and leave.

We knew this page had a high bounce rate thanks to Google and Yahoo Analytics.

I was a day late and a dollar short on this post. Would love to have sat in on your seminar. The website looks fantastic. Sometimes we use crazyegg.com for heatmaps but the real time movies this company offers is awesome. Sign me up! Let me know if you have a sign up link so you can get credit for my sale.
