So this last week I have been in bed quite a bit sick and have been unable to post to our blog as much as I would like and let me apologize for that.
However, I did come across an awesome deal while I was helping a friend of mine set up a LLC.
I used
MyCorporation to set up my Corporation years ago and loved their service. So when I went to their site to get the LLC, they had a special going on.
You can get a Free INC or LLC. I thought no way. So we signed up my friend, used the coupon on the site they give you, and all we had to pay for was the state fees for filing.
That was it.
We have been helping a lot of people start new Yahoo Stores since January 1st and if you are looking to
incorporate your business, this is not a bad deal at all!!
They are also giving you a free copy of Quickbooks Simple Business as well.
If you aren't sure whether or not you need to incorporate, check their website. They have a full
learning center.
They also help you if you want to do any trademark or copyright protection for your logos or domain names.
