I highly recommend reading the article as it has some really great information! Yesterday, we spoke about getting personal with your customers and Mike references a website called Wicked Cool Stuff. Check out the website and notice the header? The owner of the company has his image in the header with links to get to know Brett and read his blog. He is getting personal with his customers and letting them get to know him. Remember, it's all about getting personal. Your customers want to trust you and get to know who they are doing business.
