We are always learning here as anybody in the "Computer Related Industry" must do on a consistant basis to stay on top of the latest and greatest techniques and information.


I recently attended a marketing course that discussed some great information that I want to share with you!


First of all, 80% of all the household purchases are made or influenced by a woman.


EIGHTY PERCENT!!



Is your site designed to attract those females?


Women also want and need as much information as possible as we are always gathering information. Do your products have the who, what, when, where, how, and why listed?


Females do not want a lot of fluff. But they do want details!


Another interesting fact, Seniors are shopping online more frequently. What do they look for? Security. They want a way to reach you. They need to see that contact information. Make them feel comfortable providing you with their credit card. They also like simple and easy to use websites.


So if you JUST take into account these 2 groups we find they basically want the same things....


Simple


Secure


Informative


Does your store provide the above?


Where do you shop? Would you shop at your store?


How can you improve on the 3 items above to increase your conversion rates?

WOW it is great to be back!! What a long and interesting month it has been. First surgery then storms that brought down our cable internet for 8 days. But we learned a new lesson! Get DSL as a back up. *laughing*

While in bed the last month with my surgery I was going insane and came up with several new ideas for our customers and new packages as well. We will be adding these to our site and announcing them here first!

Our newsletter will be coming out in the next day or 2 as well!

Our Yahoo Store Editor Class continues to be a big hit and we will have more classes available shortly!

Thank you to everyone for your understanding and support these last few weeks and hopefully I will be caught up on things in just a few short days!
